Who I am

This website belongs to Peter Hussaini, who designs and builds websites, chatbots and automations. For anything about your data, email peterhussaini.ph@gmail.com.

What I collect

• The contact form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to add, such as your business name, website and message.
• The chatbot: conversations run inside your browser and are not stored or sent anywhere. If you give it your details, it only copies them into the contact form for you to check and send yourself.
• Emails and messages you send me directly.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to deliver the project. The lawful bases are my legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps towards a contract you've asked about. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

Contact form messages are delivered to my inbox by FormSubmit and stored in Gmail (Google). Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Both may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards.

How long I keep it

As long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the project and my business records. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser, and nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
